Auto Wire Harnesses/Cables Clips/Ties Assembly & Testing Bench Top(Table)

Overview:

This Bench top(Table) is a catered designing for the structure of automotive wiring harness CLIP, using modern computer and database technology to be adapted to the flexible design of automotive wiring harnesses, a testing equipment with special function  (known as KSK function).

Operation to this Bench Top(Table) is simple and convenient.

The results of the testing are stored in the database.

Relevant departments can analyze the quality of products, detecting product quality issue  quickly and take corresponding steps to accordingly improve the quality of wire harness products.

1: KSK function

2: Self learn of each clip and can be self defined

3: Combine different clip modules to compose a new testing module

4: Direct log in the testing procedure by scanning QR code of a wire harness

5: The interface will promptly show error information if any error occurs during the

testing process.

The error information will automatically refresh after the correct revision

6: Each testing result will be saved in the database

7: Indicators on the bench top will indicate the wrong positioning of plugs and the

fault points

8: After passing the testing, the whole wire harness will be ejected off, as long as printing the qualified label
